5 Questions That'll Help YOU Find Happiness

As humans, there's lots of things we can do or opportunities we can avail ourselves of  to attract happiness into our lives.  Sadly, we often pass those opportunities by without realizing what we’ve been waiting for all along.

If you find it hard to spot those opportunities, here are five questions that’ll help you recognize the signs.

 1. What do I have in my life that I'm truly grateful for?

We've all got a lot to be grateful, but we take them for granted.  For example: just the fact that we are breathing and alive will go unnoticed or unrecognized except when we fall ill, or worse.  Only then do we realize how important each breath had been.

2. Am I spending my time with the right kinds of people?

There's the old saying: 'Show me your friends and I'll tell you who you are.'

Take a look around. Are you surrounded by the right kinds of people? Do they make you happy, or are they dragging you into a downward spiral?

3. How much money do I really need?

Money is important, but money isn't everything.

Sure, when we have money in abundance, buying the things that can make us happy is easy.

But money doesn’t automatically translate into happiness. A lot of extremely wealthy people out there are brutally unhappy.

4. What am I doing to make the world a better place?

Paying it forward is a great concept that we should all try to implement.

Make it your legacy to leave the world a better place than the one you inherited.

Do whatever it takes to make a difference in someone else’s life. You’ll feel a lot better about yourself for doing it.

5. Am I living my life the way I want to?

Are you living the life you want for yourself, or are you living it because of what others expect of you?

Only you know the answer to that question!

Overall, if you truly want to find happiness, you need to love or enjoy what you do, live the life you truly want, make a difference in someone else’s life, and feel a whole lot better about yourself for having done it.
